What to expect when construction begins.

Please take a moment to read our tips on how to prepare yourself and your neighbours for a pleasant landscape experience.

• It is our recommendation that you advise your neighbours of your landscape project and our arrival time.
• Generally our company will use your driveway to store materials and equipment, so it is advised that you consider using alternate parking for the duration of the project. Also if there are significant amounts of debris being removed from your property we will use a large dumpster bin, which we will park on the road as close to your property as possible.
• If you have any questions during construction you can always speak to your construction foreman on site or call Barb or Rob in the office.
• Any extra work that is not specified in the original contract must be requested in advance and mutually agreed upon.
• Keep in mind that there may be unavoidable delays in the construction phase of your project. Nobody likes delays however they can arise due to inclement weather, material unavailability or equipment break downs. We will guarantee to do all that is possible to prevent delays and finish your project in a timely manner.
